0903 – middle 4 numbers are the date code – 09 = year, 03 = month

These warranties are through Assurant (not Nordyne or Maytag). Call prior to performing the work to verify coverage available and policy limits.

EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT (ESA) - Labor Policy

For all equipment installed after 9-1-09 the ESA would be with Nordyne or Service Net, regardless of the serial number and parts warranty.
ESA‘s may be purchased through Service Net for all brands: Your Company must register with Service Net in order to purchase an ESA.
