Dale Supply Company is Middle Tennessee's oldest independently owned HVAC distributor, founded in 1953. Still locally owned and managed, we take care of customers like no other distributor. February, 1953: Dale Supply Company is incorporated by Albert J. Dale, and today is the oldest gas products distributor in middle Tennessee.
In 1955: the wholesale division of the company was sold to J.H. Holliday, Jr., President from 1955 to 1992 and J.H. Holliday, Sr.
1959: HVAC line added and residential air conditioning market began to grow.
1988: Began work in geothermal heat pump market as a distributor of Florida Heat Pump equipment, now Bosch.
1992: Ron Dyer assumes the role of President of Dale Supply Company.
1997: Kent Kendrick Purchased majority interest in company.
1998: Distribution of Bard HVAC equipment began.
1998: Universal parts and residential materials product lines were added.
July 7, 1999: J.H. Holliday deceased.
April, 2002: Began distribution of Gibson residential.
October, 2002: Named Maytag distributor for Middle and East Tennessee.
May, 2003: Opened Knoxville, TN branch through acquisition of Tennessee Air.
June, 2004: Named Westinghouse distributor for Tennessee and expanded Maytag distribution to cover West Tennesse.
October, 2012: Named Westinghouse Distributor of the Year for the U.S.
June, 2017: Acquired by The Habegger Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International is a trade organization dedicated to advancing the science of wholesale distribution in the HVACR industry.
The business of our members is the marketing and distribution of heating, refrigeration, airconditioning equipment and supplies, sheet metal, controls, filters, and related items. Major customer classes include installation and service/replacement contractors in the residential and light commercial building markets, and commercial/industrial maintenance staffs.

Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA)
The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is the nation's premier trade association of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) contractors. With state and local chapters across the country, ACCA's member network of more than 9,000 contractors nationwide also includes manufacturers of HVACR equipment, wholesalers and distributors, vocational and technical schools, facilities operators, and others.

Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES)
The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) was founded in 1933. Staying faithful to its original covenant, RSES continues to conduct educational meetings, seminars, workshops, technical qualification and examination programs, training courses and publishes several volumes of books (the "SAM" series), publishes its own monthly trade magazine, (the RSES Journal), and conducts other related activities.
Chapter-taught educational courses are available in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pump, Controls, and Electricity. Mini-courses have been developed on Trade Tools and Test Instruments, Principles of Refrigeration, Condensers and Cooling Towers, Safety, Instruments and Controls, Oil Burners, Electric Heating and Heat Pumps, IAQ and numerous other HVACR group or individual study courses, 23 mini-courses in all. Both individual memberships and corporate memberships are offered.
